Article 1 – Usage and Content

Article 2 – Scope and Purpose of the Agreement

1- The purpose of this agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the use of personal data shared with Mangal Media by Mangal Media members/visitors/users (all collectively known as "Data Owners") during the operation of the www.mangalmedia.net website and its applications operated by Mangal Media, or produced by Mangal Media during the use of Mangal Media by the data owner.

2- Unless the data processed by Mangal Media and deemed personal data under the law is expressly specified, the term "personal data" within the scope of the terms and conditions provided under this agreement consists of the following information:

c) User information,

d) User Transaction Information,

e) Transaction Security Information,

f) Financial Information,

g) Marketing Knowledge,

h) Demand/Complaint Management Information.

3- In accordance with the 3rd and 7th articles of the Personal Data Protection Law, the data anonym in such a way that it cannot be returned shall not be considered personal data in accordance with the provisions of the aforeed law, and the processing activities related to this data shall not complicate the provisions of this agreement.

Article 3 – Personal Data Processing Purposes and Data Transfer

1- Mangal Media, establishing and keeping personal data provided by the data subject, membership registration and account and keeping records related to it, benefiting the data subject from the services provided through Mangal Media, detecting system errors and monitoring performance and improving the operation of Mangal Media, to carry out the necessary works to benefit the relevant persons from the products and services offered by Mangal Media, including maintenance and support services and the provision of backup services, and to carry out the relevant business processes, to plan and execute the activities necessary for the promotion and promotion of these products and services to the relevant persons according to the likes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons, to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units in order to carry out the commercial activities carried out by Mangal Media and the related business processes, Mangal Media and its business relations can be processed for the purposes of planning and execution of Mangal Media's commercial and/or business strategies with the provision of technical and commercial-business safety.

3- Transfer of Personal Data:

Mangal Media may transfer the personal data of the data subject and the new data obtained using this personal data to third parties for which Mangal Media has used its services for the purposes set forth by this confidentiality agreement, limited to the purpose for the provision of such services. Mangal Media will be able to share with third parties such as outsourcing service providers, hosting service providers (hosting services), law firms, research companies, call centers, including those who send SMS to improve the data subject experience, ensure the safety of the data subject, detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, investigate operational evaluation, resolve errors related to web services, and perform any of the purposes contained in this privacy agreement.

4- Personal data can be shared with Mangal Media Company officials, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private institutions within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law. For these purposes, it may be transferred abroad within the framework of the procedural principles indicated in article 9 of the aforementioned law and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.

Article 4 – Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data

Personal data is collected via Mangal Media and electronically. Personal data collected for the above-mentioned legal reasons can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles five and six of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and in this confidentiality agreement.



Article 5 – Rights of Personal Data Owner

1- In accordance with article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, data owners;

a) They have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed or not, and to request information if their personal data has been processed.

b) They have the right to know the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, and to know the third parties to which personal data are transferred at home or abroad.

c) They have the right to request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the transaction made within this scope be reported to third parties to which the personal data is transferred.

d) Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, they have the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing are eliminated and to request that the transaction carried out in this context be reported to third parties to which the personal data is transferred.

e) They have the right to object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems and to request compensation for damages if the personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing.

Mangal Media will finalize the requests listed in clauses above within forty-five (45) days. Mangal Media reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board regarding the requests.
